The Athletic Performance Program is a result-proven program, developed by the industry-leading coaches at Peak Health & Performance, who have worked with elite Olympic and world champion level athletes.
This program is conducted in-person at our Brookfield facility as private or semi-private (team) options.
We understand that every sport and athlete is different and that is why we customise each program to your individual needs, goals and sport.
Your program will incorporate a range of strength training, proper conditioning, mobility and flexibility work, all specifically tailored to your goals and selected sport requirements.
Your coach will develop a comprehensive nutrition and supplementation protocol which will complement performance in strength, power and assist with getting you in the best condition possible for your competition.

You will be taken through a complete evaluation to determine the best course of action to produce the fastest results possible, that are sustainable in the long term.
BASIC BACKGROUND & HEALTH HISTORY
This allows our team to determine muscular imbalances that may lead to injury and cause strength deficiencies, evaluate posture and also assess length-tension to see if there is any tightness and limitations in movement.
This depends on each individual and their selected support. This stage includes tests for strength and power, predictor lift ability and allows our team to determine muscle fibre dominance.
DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION
After our comprehensive assessment, it allows us to construct a customised strength and conditioning program tailored to all personal needs, sport demands and the time of the season.
Your training program will enter a new phase every 3-4-weeks, all working towards your goals. At the start of each phase, you will meet with your coach to review your personalised training program before commencement. Your coach will also check-in for body composition and progress measurement.
In the 12 weeks, you will receive individualised training programs for the different stages of your training, all working towards your end goal. Each training program is designed to develop from the last one, with progressions in exercise selection to enable you to progress more effectively towards your goals.
After your initial assessment through discussion on your nutrition habits, we work with you to develop an achievable, yet effective nutritional plan to improve your diet. We will also recommend relevant nutritional supplements if we believe these will enhance your health.
A true transformation is not complete without adequate nutritional guidance. Over the 12 weeks, you will receive customized nutrition plans, designed to complement your efforts in the gym. Our coaches ensure you are eating the right foods, in the right quantities at the right times.
