At Peak Health & Performance we strongly value nutrition and appreciate it’s integral role in your physical, mental and emotional health. Nutrition almost always trumps the physical work you put in at the gym, however, it’s neglected and misunderstood by many.
Our 12 week Nutritional Coaching provides you with a highly detailed and accurate nutrition plan that is customised for you, your goals, your body type and your lifestyle. All plans are complete with recommendations on food types, macronutrient and calorie breakdowns, portion sizes and meal timings.
The adherence of a nutritional plan is key for success and that is why throughout the process we arm you with the tools necessary to create positive nutritional habits that can be maintained long term.
This program is suitable for you if you are lost when it comes to making a nutrition program for yourself, you are stuck in bad eating habits, you are working hard in the gym but are still not seeing results.
In-person or online options are available.
GET THE RESULTS YOU DESERVE
To get the most accurate nutrition plan for you we ask you to fill out an online questionnaire to assess your eating habits and nutritional choices. Your coach will then discuss with you further and create the first phase of your plan.
Individualised coaching based on your goals, lifestyle, training schedule and personal preferences. Plans consist of daily menus listing each meal, foods, portion sizes and macronutrient and calorie breakdowns.
SUPPORT & EDUCATION
Over the 12 weeks, you will have 3 different plans, changing every 4 weeks based on your progression towards your goals.
During each phase, you will have check-ins with your coach for accountability, support and feedback. Bodyweight, skin folds and circumference measurements will be taken weekly if in-person and independently each week if the online option is selected.
Education on the role of each macronutrient, ideal portions, sources and timing strategies both through coaching and regular, easy to digest emails.
